Rinse rice with water, at least three times, and cook it according to the manufacturer’s instruction.
Once cooked, transfer hot rice into a large bowl and add Mizkan Sushi Seasoning.
Gently mix the cooked rice with a spatula in a folding motion, slicing the rice. This will help separate the rice grains and ensure the seasoning is evenly incorporated.
Let rice mixture cool to room temperature and it’s ready to use for Maki Rolls.
