Wine-Glazed Ham

The perfect holiday ham recipe! Make your holiday or everyday ham special with an easy-to-prepare cooking wine glaze.


1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/4 cup HOLLAND HOUSE White Cooking Wine 
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
4 to 5-lb. fully cooked boneless ham


Preheat oven to 325°F. 

In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; set aside. 

With sharp knife, score top of ham in crisscross pattern. Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325°F. for 1 1/2 hours or until fully heated, brushing with glaze during last 30 minutes of baking. 

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
