Tropical Mango Stir-Fry

World Harbors makes homemade stir-fry easy and delicious!


1/4 cup soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup WORLD HARBORS Island Mango Marinade
Hot cooked rice
Roasted cashews


In a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce and garlic. Thinly slice chicken or cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Add to bowl and stir to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add chicken mixture. Cook and stir until chicken just starts to turn opaque, about 2 minutes. Stir in broccoli and cook 1-2 minutes more. Add Island Mango marinade. Stir and cook 1 minute or until heated through. Serve immediately with a side of rice. Sprinkle with cashews.

Makes 4 servings.

Note:  If you like your stir-fry extra saucy,add more World Harbors Island Mango and heat through.
