Teriyaki Beef Steak Sandwiches


1 to 1-1/2 lbs. top sirloin steak
1 cup WORLD HARBORS Maui Mountain Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 medium red onion, sliced into thin rounds
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 sub rolls
Vegetable cooking spray


In a non-metallic dish, marinate steaks in Teriyaki sauce 1-8 hours in refrigerator. Remove steaks from marinade and drain. Spray non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Sear steaks quickly over medium-high heat to desired doneness, turning once. Slice meat and place on submarine rolls. Drizzle with additional WH Teriyaki sauce, top with sliced onion and tomato.

No time to marinate? Simply add marinade to pan after steaks are seared and heat through!
