Tangy Carrot Kale Smoothie

A splash of tang makes smoothies especially refreshing. Seasoned rice vinegar does the trick. So next time you search for that lemon or lime to add a kick to your smoothie, reach for Nakano instead. 2 cups packed, torn kale leaves
1-1/2 cups carrot juice
1 Tbsp. NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar – Citrus


Rinse kale thoroughly before tearing. Combine ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on low speed at first, then high speed until smooth. 

Makes 1-3/4 cups.

Variation: Add one small, pitted nectarine.
