Sweet & Tangy Mustard Dressing 

Recipe adapted from the cookbook, “The Taste That Changed the World,” by Wendy Rahamut.


2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. HOLLAND HOUSE Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil


Combine ingredients in a 1-cup measuring cup. Whisk vigorously until smooth. Drizzle over cooked, chilled green beans, asparagus, or sliced beets. Or use on hamburgers.

Makes 2/3 cup.
