Shrimp Creole Pronto

Marsala Cooking Wine adds a distinctive flavor to this zesty main dish.


2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chopped, peeled tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup HOLLAND HOUSE Marsala Cooking Wine 
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. fresh or frozen uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
10 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked, drained or hot cooked rice


Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, celery, green pepper and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except noodles; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over cooked noodles or hot cooked rice.
