Sassy Jamaican Hot Wings

Our marinade has all the authentic flavors you’d expect in traditional Jamaican jerk. And this recipe is so effortless and yummy we think you’ll make it again and again. Allow at least 8 hours to marinate chicken.


1 cup WORLD HARBORS Jamaican-Style Jerk Marinade 
3 lbs. chicken party wings or wingettes


Pour Jamaican-Style Jerk marinade over chicken in a non-metallic bowl; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet tray with foil and top with a baking rack. Place chicken pieces on rack. Bake in middle of oven for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Baste at least once while cooking. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve chicken wings warm, with additional fresh Jamaican Jerk marinade.

Makes 8 appetizer servings.
