Jamaican Shepherd's Pie


1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup WORLD HARBORS Jamaican Style Jerk Marinade & Sauce
1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
4 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable cooking spray


Preheat over to 375°F. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Brown ground beef together with onions. Drain.

Stir in WH Jamaican Jerk Sauce, mushrooms, drained corn, salt & pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Spoon meat mixture into 9 x 12-inch oven-proof dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese has melted.
