Citrus Marinade for Chicken

Add some zest and tang to grilled chicken breasts with our yummy, citrus-sesame marinade.


1/2 cup NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar - Citrus
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. safflower, canola or corn oil
1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Grated peel of one lemon
4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 -2 lbs, thin-sliced)


Stir together marinade ingredients. Place chicken in a non-metallic container or resealable plastic bag. Add marinade, making sure chicken is coated. Cover and refrigerate 4-5 hours, turning chicken once.

Drain chicken and discard marinade. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 150°F.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

If using thicker chicken breasts, pierce them all over with a fork before marinating.
