Carrots with Sesame Ponzu Vinaigrette


1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 3/4” thick diagonal pieces
1 Tbsp. MITSUKAN Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. roasted sesame oil


Steam or roast the carrots until just tender but slightly crunchy (steam for 10 minutes or roast at 375F for 15-18 minutes). 

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Toss with the cooked carrots.
