Berry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A splash of tang makes smoothies especially refreshing. Seasoned rice vinegar does the trick. So next time you search for that lemon or lime to add a kick to your smoothie, reach for Nakano instead. 2 frozen bananas, each broken into 3-4 chunks
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tsp. NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar – Citrus
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
1 Tbsp. wheat germ or flax meal (optional)


Combine ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on low speed at first, then high speed until smooth. 

Makes 3 cups.


Per serving  (1/3 smoothie with blueberries): 200 calories, 3g fat (1.5g sat. fat), 10mg chol, 7g protein, 34g carb, 130mg sodium, 3g fiber
