Chinese Style Chicken Salad



1 boneless chicken breast 
3 cabbage leaves
1/4 red sweet pepper 
1 1/2 cups fresh bean sprout 
1/4 bunch nira leaves (Chinese leek)
Mizkan Salad Dressing (any flavor)


Slice cabbage into a bite size pieces and thinly slice red sweet pepper. Cut nira leaves into 2 inch lengths.

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of Sake (Rice wine) over the chicken breast meat. Cover the meat with plastic wrap and place it in a microwave and cook until meat is done. When the meat is cool enough to handle, tear the meat into strips and let it set in the meat juice.

Place vegetables on a plate, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave vegetables for a few minutes until vegetables turn soft.

Arrange chicken and vegetables on a plate and serve with your favorite flavor of Mizkan Salad Dressing.
