Chilled Sesame Noodles with Dipping Sauce



4 packages noodles (use frozen type) 

Seasonings for dipping sauce
3-1/2 oz. Mizkan Goma Shabu Sauce 
7 oz. Mizkan Oigatsuo Sauce Concentrate 
7 oz. water 

Kirinori (chopped dried seaweed) for topping
1 green onion, finely chopped


Prepare the seasonings for dipping sauce ahead of time and chill.

Prepare topping by finely chopping green onion and chopped dried seaweed.

Using plenty of boiling water, cook frozen noodles until done. Drain well and rinse cooked noodles quickly in a bowl of ice water until chilled.

Place chilled noodles onto an individual serving tray or bowl. Place toppings in small bowls. Serve noodles with chilled dipping sauce. Enjoy noodles with toppings by using the sauce as a dip.
