BLT Salad



4 strips of bacon
1 cucumber 
1/4 onion 
1 tomato 
4 lettuce leaves
2 eggs, hard-boiled 
Mizkan Salad Dressing (any flavor)


Slice bacon into bite size pieces and fry until crisp. Drain fat.

Cut lettuce into bite size pieces. Cut tomato in half then slice crosswise ¼ inch thick. Slice cucumber crosswise very thin. Slice onion thinly and crisp in cold water for a few minutes, drain and dry. Cut each hard-boiled egg into four sections.

Arrange bacon, vegetables and eggs in a salad bowl and serve with Mizkan Salad Dressing.
