In a small mixing bowl, combine Mizkan Red Wine Vinegar, roasted garlic concentrate, olive oil, chipotle pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, parsley, and rosemary; toss half of this mixture with the cauliflower.
Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast it them in the oven until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Once golden brown, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the remaining spice mixture.
